Default RE: bind 8.4.1 on w2k?

Well, I installed the complete .Net package from the Windowsupdate site and
that did not fix it. I located the mfc70.dll at dll-files.com and dumped it
into the system32 directory and I am still getting the same error detailed
below when trying to run bindinstall.exe.

Anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?

Mark didn't ship the mfc70.dll file with the kit. It's needed to run
BINDInstall
since it was built using the VS.net (7.0) environment.
