Default Submitting any website form always comes from same email address?

I have several sites setup in apache/unix. each time any of the websites
submits a perl form using:

http://nms-cgi.sourceforge.net/

the form always comes from the same false email address:

nobody@www.xxx.com

I didnt set this server up and im not to familar with it so can anyone tell
me what is happening.
And where this is.

I looked in apache config file and the domain server admin email address
each have there
own correct address. ServerAdmin webmaster@xxx.com but the webforms don't
use this address

Is it some sort of perl setting?
