Hi all,
If I type "route print" at the prompt I get a nice table of my active routes! But can I check from that table that xp routes incoming traffic to port 80 which apache is listening on??? And can I set the route that apache need with the "route" command on the prompt??? The problem is that I do not have access to the apache-webserver from external machines? And it looks this has got something to do with it! Info: OS winxp pro dns service www.dns4me.com apache 2.0 running as a service under xp internet connection direct via: dialup/com2/cable modem/cable network Thanx...... I posted to an earlier thread by Zoomy and am having a similar problem as he
is. I took Per's suggestion and entered the command he specified into the command prompt, and I'm seeing the line he specified, so I'm guessing that means that my machine is listening for requests on port 80. Any other suggestion as to what else might be going on? |
