Is it possible to host more than one website on an apache server?
(With redirections & DynDns Accounts)?

Yes, look into name based virtual hosting.

Yes, It's possible. Create VirtualHosts based on hostname, sharing the
same IP. Each virtual host would require a uniqe DynDns hostname, but
all pointing to the same IP.
