Default Problem compiling apache with php/sybase under Redhat 9

Hi,

I'm trying to compile apache 1.3.xx under redhat9.

I've tried with apache1.3.22 and php4.1.1, which is what I have running
on another machine, under redhat 7.2, on which they compiled without any
errors.

I've also tried to compile the latest releases, ie apache1.3.27 with php
4.3.2, and various mixtures all wihtout success. Apache compiles fine
without the --activate-module=src/etc...

PHP compiles OK, so I'm not sure if it's an apache issue or a php issue,
any advice or pointers welcome.

TIA

Martin
