How To configure an Apache server as a forward proxy server on Windows platform

Hi All,

Please could you help me in configuring an Apache Server as a forward
proxy server on Windows platform. I searched the Apache Website, but I
couldnt follow the steps as to how to carry those steps. I am a novice
as such I would need a very basic level explanation of steps.
