Default documentroot

Hi,

In a new apache 2.2 httpd.conf (easyphp),
I try to change documentroot.

and the http://127.0.0.1 returns:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

even if i try www2 (a new directory i create)

#DocumentRoot "${path}/www"
DocumentRoot "C:/Program Files/EasyPHP 2.0b1/www2"
don't work,

but

#DocumentRoot "${path}/www"
DocumentRoot "C:/Program Files/EasyPHP 2.0b1/www"

works!!!

and

DocumentRoot "c:/www" doesn't work.

Is there somethink special to do in apache2 to change documentroot. Did
someone encounter the same problem??

thx.

Check your <Direcory></Directory> configuration.

Usually, it's something like this:

#Normally deny access
<Directory />
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
</Directory>

#Allow access to doc root
<Directory "/path/to/webroot">
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>

So you'll have to hunt down (or create) the <Directory> for your new
document-root.
