Im looking for a windows XP util that will allow me to backup and restore
several MySQL databases. Is there one available?

more likely phpMyAdmin. That's not the best tool. You might want to take
a look at mysql it self (wysqldump command, for example), or MySQL
Administrator <http://mysql.com/products/tools/administrator/> free and
made by MySQL guys.
