First of all I am very novice at this.
I have Apache 2 running on the latest stable release of FreeBSD. I am not that conversant about configurations and settings, etc. I also have 3 web sites installed that have been composed with Adobe Go Live. I have my system connected to the local cable internet provider, which of course is slower in sending data out than receiving data. The problem I have is the server will not 'serve up' the pages on a consistent basis. In other words I will connect to one of my sites and I will be able to view a page or two but then I can not connect to any others. If I leave the system sit for 10 to 15 minutes then the I will be able to access more pages and for the most part everything will be OK. However 2 or 3 hours later it will stop serving up pages. One of my sites is www.moilliet.ws. It is just a family history page with pictures and text. An suggestions appreciated. |
