Default General Question

For a month now, I did not notice until a week ago, people can not
connect to my website. I have this website running on my personal
machine. It has Apache 2.5.55 in from of Tomcat 5.5. As far as I know I
have not modified its configuration. Well I did but undid these changes.
My Dynamic address is always mapped to weconsultants.servebeer.com by
NO_IP.com Even if I take them out of the loop I still can not get
someone to connect to my machine.
I have no problem connecting to my machine by go out to
weconsultants.servebeer.com and back to my machine.

Something else which is strange. No when I go out on the web I receive a
lot of "Not Found" messages on pages I visit. They are usually Apache
servers based on the message they produce. I have updated the Windows
HOST file with a ton of sites.

I realizes this is not enough information but I can supply more if needed.

It is just that my website is down. I have talked to the ISP and they
said that it is either my software or hardware and to talk to those
vender's. Seems like the old bounce around I use to get when I worked as
a mainframe Systems program.

Could any one give me some direction to take?

Thanks in Advance...

Thanks for taking the time..

Yes 24.229.218.58 is my dynamic address. I have tested with the firewall
down and this was the error msg:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at
weconsultants.servebeer.com.

It has been some time since I have thought about Net stuff. Is there a
difference between receiving packets that are unsolicited as opposed to
a response to aa prior packet?
