Nächste Nachbar-Atome im fcc-Gitter

Hallo.

Warum hat das fcc Gitter 12 nächste Nachbarn bei jedem Atom,und nicht
14?Immer wenn ich abzähle,wie viele es sind,komme ich genau auf 14.

Gibt es eine Definition,was ein nächstes Nachbar-Atom ausmacht,oder ist das
reine Gefühlssache?
