Two sites = two domains with equal content? If the same content is
available under two different domains, you're producing so called
duplicate content.

Use a 301 redirect from one domain to your main domain and submit also
only your main domain to web catalogs/directories.

But this has more or less nothing to do with apache, but more with SEO.
