Apache2 + IIS on Win 2003 Server

Hi,

I want to install an Apache2 on a windows machine on which an IIS is
runnig already. Because both should listen to port 80, I intend to
assign a second IP to the computer and let IIS use the first one and
Apache the second one.

Is that possible? Or nonsens? Has somebody experiences with this
settings and could report success or problems?
