Default unable to access web page.

I have a Fedora box. I can connect to it from outside using ssh. I
can also see my web site locally from my box, but I am unable to access
it from outside. I have checked that both "sshd" and "httpd" are
running by executing "ps -e". I also checked that both services are
allowed through my firewall by running /usr/sbin/setup. My hosts.allow

file says ALL:ALL and my hosts.deny file is empty. I have run out of
ideas. What could be the problem? Thank you very much for reading my
post.

Thank you for your advice. Perhaps school computing support group
recently changed the policy, since I used to be able to run web server
on it before. Oh well. Do you have any other idea?

If the ISP has blocked port 80, is there any way around that?
Thanks in advance...
