Good Book on Apache 2.0 ??

Dear Friends:

I guess I need a good reference book on Apache 2.n.n. and its proper
configuration. Yes, I really am going to study the file ...\conf\httpd.conf
too !

Can anyone suggest a good title that will help me as I struggle ahead ??

Dear Group:

Nobody saw fit to reply, so I finally discovered an 'Apache Cookbook'
sold by O'Reilly books and authored by Ken Coar and Rich Bowen published
this year (2008).

I got it on the Amazon website for approx $22 and got it 4 days after
ordering.

Now, I'll start reading ...
