Does anyone know how to use the Rewrite rules to change the case of
the domain?

I want to change myexample.com to MyExample.Com

I guess there's no point in trying. All browsers I've tested convert the
host name to lowercase in HTTP redirections; they even do in regular
HTML links and most of them even in typed URLs.
