SEO .htaccess urls help

Hi,

I was wondering if you could help.


I was trying to set up the SEO urls


domain.com/test/test/


instead of


domain.com/test.php?test


I have the .htaccess


but there is something wrong in php 5 is there anything I need to set
up in my server or in the php.ini or vhost.conf or any other file

I can't work it out.
