How can I limit virtual host to 1gb/month ? Which mod_xxx to use ?
How webhosting company make this deal ?

Bandwidth quotas are better enforced in firewall software, not web servers.

The companies I know let you use as much as you like and send you the
bill if you exceed your prepaid account.
I don't think, apache can take care of this at all.
