Default Can a Name-based Apache Virtual Server have a duplicate name?

e.g.

<VirtualHost 127.0.0.1>
DocumentRoot c:/inetpub/wwwdev/www.blabla-homes.co.uk/
Scriptalias /cgi-bin/
c:/inetpub/wwwdev/www.blabla-homes.co.uk/cgi-bin/
ServerName name1,name2
</VirtualHost>

I know I could just duplicate the whole thing of course
