Trouble downloading from an Apache server

Newbie/bad english warning...

When i or other people try to download something
from my apache server, all we get, is about the
first 60KB of the file. That causes for example
music to start looping the first couple of
seconds till the "end" of the file.. This occurs
with every type of file. What causes this?

Usually bad network connection/bad network equipment.
Use an ftp server.

OK, I solved the problem. I had not disabled
a setting which should have been disabled
for systems using NTFS. I guess I should have
read the "instructions" better!
