apache wont start

I am adding Apachie server to my desktop because IIS is really giving
problems. Anyhow when I load apachie it says that I must load FP
extensions to it. I already have IIIS 4.0, FP2000 and 2002 extensions
loaded but somehow must add the extensions to the apachie now.
Can anybody tell me how to do this? also, somebody said it could
something about loading a user to apache but i couldnt find anything
in the control panel abou that either.
One more thing. I just went into FP extensions manager in control
panel and right clicked on web and new then server extensions 2002 web
I get this error
Not Found

The requested URL /_vti_bin/_vti_adm/fpadmdll.dll was not found on
this server.


Apache/1.3.31 Server at cumetrixI cant find this directory thourgh???
Its not even on the web.
