Apache auf Windows XP Empedded mach pobleme

Hallo..!

Habe folgendes Problem:

Habe Apache2 auf ein Wyse Terminal mit Windows XP Empedded
Installiert. Installation ist auch soweit durchgelaufen (Dienst wurde
angelegt usw..)

Wenn ich nun den Dienst starten will, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung :
