Default Dynamic v-hosts

Hi all,
I am running an Apache webserver with a large number of websites on it.
I use SuExec to run each website as his own user.
The problem is that when I want to update a v-host (add one or delete
one), the whole server needs to be restarted and causes downtime for all
other sites.
I found a possible solution using dynamic virtual hosts (use '%0' as a
variable in the v-host configuration) but it doesn't seems to work with
suExec.
Are there any solutions for this?

regards
Christophe
