Default delegating domain to local pc?

can anybody help me out with my problem?
i'm trying to point a domain to a computer with a static ip. what should
i enter for the nameserver information?

The IP of the nameserver that is the master for your domain. If you
don't know what that means, may I suggest you go read the DNS-HOWTO?
