Default what is causing these Apache errors?

greetings!

Here are the server specs:

Windows 2000 Server
Apache 1.3.24
PHP 4.3.1
SSL enabled

I'm noticing the following 2 errors in the Windows Event Viewer. When the
second error appears, Apache shuts down completely. My website is gets about
2000 - 3000 visits per day. Any ideas why these errors are happening (and
what can I do to fix it)?

FIRST ERROR:

Application popup: Idle timer expired : Session has been idle over its time
limit.
Logoff will start in 2 minutes.
Press any key now to continue session.

SECOND ERROR:

Application popup: Apache.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x780109b3" referenced memory at "0x0eb3759c". The memory could not be
"read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
