I am looking for a control panel tot manage apache i.e.
Mysql/mail/subdomains.

Who has any suggestion

Weel , you want to manage apache and mysql and mail and
subdomains (they are all different services) from a guy,

You may try webmin, a series of perl scripts to manage almost
everything on a computer through a web interface.

It is also a server that can be connected from a work-station
using a secure connection.

This is a good helper but for most of the services, it is better
when you know how to edit their config files with a plain text
editor.
