funny thing in 2.0.48

When im downloading example some 1mb .zip file. I only get a couple of
kilobytes size file :) Is there a way to fix this?

Im running Apache 2.0.48 win32

Disable quotas in your system drive properties.
Should be the sixth tab on the right.

Where can i find this quota option, im just checking httpd, but dont
seem to find there. Ive also checked documentation. Stuart, can u be
more specific on this?

It's in Windows. Double click on "My computer" then right click on the "C"
drive and choose properties. Quotas should be the sixth tab and the right.
Disable it.

Thx. My Apache is now working, but new problem camed up. Apache and
Net Limiter (configures used badwith) doesnt work together. Maybe its
becouse Apache is started as a system service and Net Limiter seems to
dislike that... Is there a way to disallow system service start and
put for example Apache start link in windows start folder?

Im also searching another application to control Apaches
upload/download strem. When im surfing on net or playing online, all
my connection strem is going to Apache server machine :/

Any ideas?
