Default [AMaViS-user] Allocation the configuration directives

According /usr/share/doc/amavisd-new/README.Debian the settings are in
/etc/amavis/conf.d

But in these files had no example of the directives:
$ forward_method
$ notify_method
$ inet_socket_bind
@ = qw inet_acl

Where I insert these directives?
Do this in the file 20-debian_defaults or create a amavisd.conf in
/etc/amavis?

I´m with that in doubt and /usr/share/doc/amavisd-new/README.Debian not
clear.
I want this to direct the messages examined by amavis + clamav in machine1
to the postfix
running in another.

Thanks, Alex.

Also, I am following the instructions in /usr/share/doc/amavisd-new/, which
should be the first where I should search information about it.
