Thanks for your help I'll change this lines :)
I was able to find the problem and it was a little bit complex. There was an error in clamav-clamd scanner and mails was scanned with slamav-clamscan and i had a timeout because of this. After that the mails were again deferred, but because the SA timed out. This timeout was because the Bayes DB was not consistent. After sa-clean and after that --sync everything start working normally. Thanks again for you answer.
