Hi Jim,

Since you can't connect to 127.0.0.1:10024, it seems your amavis might
have $inet_socket_port undefined (the default value).

Did you coy the default amavisd.conf file to /etc/amavisd.conf ?
Check how you start amavisd, that it uses the conf file mentioned above.
