There's a user 'amavis' that wants to read a file
/var/amavis/.spamassassin/bayes_toks that is owned by 'root' and may only be
read by 'root'.

When you start amavisd, which user does it run as? Does it run as 'amavis'? Is
'amavis' allowed to read /var/amavis/.spamassassin/bayes_toks?
