The "use IO::Select" line in the Courier patch has got misplaced again. In
fact it is no longer necessary, because now we're using an IO::Select object
created by Net::Server, so you can remove this patch hunk. I think it can
be removed from the list of required basic modules as well because
Net::Server is in there.

Other than that, working fine for me.
