Ie, microsoft making up its own rules?

If user is using some 'freeware' to send you 'marketing newsletters',
whitelist him.

If this indeed does come from hotmail generating these headers, shame on
them.

You can always take it up with hotmail (but be warned: if your dns
entries, ie 'helo fqdn', PTR or A record don't match exactly, they won't
ever get YOUR email. =20
