Requires Compress::Zlib version 1.35 or greater. Debian
libcompress-zlib-perl is still at 1.34, looks like I'll have to go
the CPAN route on this one.

$myhostname must be a FQDN, please set it explicitly: "sfm" at
/usr/sbin/amavisd-new line 8992.

Since many (who upgrade and do not read RELEASE_NOTES) may get
this error, would it be good to tell them to set it in amavisd.conf?

Maybe something like:
Unable to determine a FQDN $myhostname, you must explicitly set
$myhostname to a FQDN in amavisd.conf, I got: "sfm" at /usr/sbin/amavisd-new line 8992.

OK, so i created:
$myhostname = 'sfm.example.com'; in amavisd.conf.

I have this version running on two production servers, I will check on
them in the morning :)
