Based on a 100% total lack of any information on what your problem is,
how you have amavisd-new setup, what mta you have, my suggestion would
be to either:
A) actually describe your configuration setup
B) stop giving your email address to porn sites for free porn, or
C) lower the threshold till you never get any more spam (or email) ever
again.
