The relevant lines from amavisd-agent are:

CacheHitsSpamCheck 2395 142/h 14.0 % (CacheAttempts)
CacheHitsVirusCheck 2056 122/h 12.0 % (CacheAttempts)

meaning that on 14% of messages a virus check didn't have to be performed,
and on 12% of messages SA didn't have to be called due to cached result.
