I believe there has been a SpamAssassin supplementary ruleset already
posted for this somewhere, but I don't have the URL handy.

Alternatively you can configure these as a Postfix header_checks access
list, which is actually the way your list appears to be written.

Add to your Postfix config
header_checks = regex:nazispam
or
header_checks = pcre:nazispam

depending on which regexes you have compiled into Postfix. Neither of
these approaches depends on amavis per se.
