How about if the policy server is reachable, but the database backend=20
isn't?
Wouldn't this be dependent on the greylisting server implementation?

We can load-balance our greylisting servers and failover between=20
datacenters...
but they're all going to need one consistent datastore.

And I'm not sure how well replication will wok in this situation....
