Usually the +spam part of the virtual address is used as some kind of
flag by your LDA, eg if you switch to using maildrop as your delivery
agent then you can add a small script to your default .mailfilter script
to stick things in a subdir if the extension is not blank

Not sure if there is another way though..? Perhaps if amavis and the
virtual folders are on the same machine then you could fudge something
so accidentally deliver into the correct dir using the local delivery
agent in amavisd-new...?
