[AMaViS-user] FATAL error while starting amavisd

Hello,

I am experincing problem with installing newst stable version.
Everything is installed according to INSTALL file.
While I run amavisd debug I get following:

It is possible to change EUID from 0 to root, ABORTING!
Perhaps you forgot to patch the Net::Server - see:

I have also followed http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/#net-server-sec but
when I change that file i got compitation error
mail:~# amavisd debug
ERROR: MISSING REQUIRED BASIC MODULES:
Net::Server
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/sbin/amavisd line 141.
but ......
cpan> install Net::Server
CPAN: Storable loaded ok
Going to read /root/.cpan/Metadata
Database was generated on Wed, 23 Mar 2005 13:55:31 GMT
Net::Server is up to date.

Old version of amavisd-new is still running, but I want to install new one.
Can somebody help me please ?
