Following up to myself; here's an excerpt of the part where a message
which *should* trip multiple URIRBLs, and *does* trip multiple URIRBLs
on the dev machine, goes through.

URIDNSBL is invoked, and... nothing results? Shouldn't it be starting
more than 2 queries, based on the standard list of URIBLs?
