We return a notice message when the Spam count is between 5 and 10.
Today, I was amazed to see an email that was returned with a SpamAssassin score of 1.9. We pretty much use the sample amavisd.conf file packaged with the program. Before, I have never noticed the "soft-whitelist/blacklist" capability. After investigating why returned an email with a score of 1.9, I discovered that the soft-blacklist added another 5 points. Therefore, the returned email with a true score of 6.9. The problem we have is that the notice we returned only showed the SpamAssassin score of 1.9. Is there anyway in the Spam notice email to show the real/true score that amavisd-new uses? We currently use %A to show the SpamAssassin report. Does the %c value show the amavisd-new score, or is there another variable? Would there be a way to adjust the SpamAssassin report? What about a variable to test and see if a soft-'listing took place?
