Let me ask you a question : if all my domains are in fact virtual=20
domains, does the local(8) restrictions really apply ?

I mean, for all my domains, the messages are delivered using the=20
virtual(8) transport instead of the local(8) one. I have a "transport"=20
SQL table doing "domain"->"transport_to_use" mappings where=20
"transport_to_use" is "virtual:" for all of them.

Does this comment (taken from the BUGS section of the virtual(8) man=20
page) says anything to you ?

"BUGS
This delivery agent supports address extensions in email
addresses and in lookup table keys, but does not propagate
address extension information to the result of table
lookup.

Postfix should have lookup tables that can return multiple
result attributes. In order to avoid the inconvenience of
maintaining three tables, use an LDAP or MYSQL database."

Well, I do use a MySQL database :-)

The non-default submailbox was already created and I tried using both=20
"propagate_unmatched_extensions =3D canonical, virtual" (which is the=20
default) and "propagate_unmatched_extensions =3D canonical, virtual,=20
alias" and both did not changed the default behavior of sending the=20
messages to the user's INBOX instead of sending them to INBOX.<folder>.
