Such a feature is not available, mostly because the sender address can not be trusted (spam whitelisting is an exception, but it does not have serious security implications). You will either have to hack the code, or use one of the approaches: - arrange a special IP address or port number for 'privileged' clients, make sure they are authenticated or their IP is trusted (e.g. internal hosts), then use a policy bank to assign a less restrictive banned rules, or disable banned checking on such a policy altogether; - provide some special banned rules so that informed users are able to pass their contents - for example: allow encrypted archives, or allow anything within .tar.gz, or allow archive if its file name is some-magic-word.zip.
