Look at the log file for the proof.

At log level 3 you should see something like:

amavis[31220]: (31220-03) wbl: soft-blacklisted (15) sender <...> => ...
amavis[31220]: (31220-03) spam_scan: hits=-2.6 tests=AWL,BAYES_...
amavis[31220]: (31220-03) SPAM-KILL, <...> -> <...>, hits=-2.6+15, kill=...

and finally the main level-0 log entry should report the sum:

amavis[31220]: (31220-03) Blocked SPAM, [...] <...> -> <>,
quarantine: ..., Message-ID: <...>, Hits: 12.4, ...

What is admittedly confusing is that the quarantined file and the notification
only show the scores as given by SA, before the sender_score correction.

The reason for that is that there is only one quarantined file and one admin
notification for a message, which can have multiple recipients and each
of them can have his individual recipient-specific sender_score correction
added to the final result.
