It is currently not possible to do it with off-the shelf code, although turning off quarantine (or admin notification) if a virus name matches some pattern can be achieved with a smallish hack. I'll put it on a wish list. On a related topic, speaking of virus admin notifications, a significant reduction of notifications can be achieved by using the $newvirus_admin (available in 2.2.1) and turning off the traditional $virus_admin (this requires enabled db to achieve the desired effect). See 2.2.1 release notes. Taking a broader look, it is probably better to use separate policy maps for internally-originating mail and all the rest. The interesting admin notifications and virus quarantine are mostly for internally originating mail, the other policy can probably just disable both (or use only the $newvirus_admin).
