Lab with qmail server

Hi

I made a qmail server with some applications (ClamAV, TMDA,
SpamAssassin, qtrap........)

but before I put this server to work, I want a make varius tests, like
a lab...

Spam Control
AntiVirus control
Size of msgs
Size of attachaments
return messages
TMDA
others...

Anybody have a ideia how I make this?

How I config the DNS server in my internal net to this...

applications that send much SPAM in this server?
