Default Help Solving problem not reciving mail in only 1 of 5 domains on QMR Install

I am having a weird problem that just started last night and cannot
figure out where the problem is. I have had my Qmail Rocks installation
of qmail up for over two years on a FC2 system (using the FCORE legacy
project for yum updates).

I host 5 different domains and suddenly started having problems
recieving email in only one of the five domains. The domain that is
screwy is the default domain for the server. I would like some
documentation of every step in the process (which applications the
message is handed off to) and the log files for each.

1. I can see the smtp session intiated in
/var/log/qmail/qmail-smtpd/current with no errors.
2. In the /var/log/maillog file, I see the email message being
processed by spamd and clearing the spam filters.
3. I see the message clearing in the
/var/spool/qmailscan/qmail-queue.log file.

The messages never hit my /var/vpopmail/domains/mydomain.com/myuser/new
folder.

Again, only one out of five of domains is having this problem. No
email to any of the email addresses for this one domain is recieved,
but I can send OK. Everyother domain is working fine. I have looked
hard as to any differences between the domain setup on this domain vs.
other hosted domains but can't figure out what could have changed. I
made some tweaked to bind yesterday on this server, but made no other
changes.

Please point me in the right directions to figure out what the hell is
going on here.

Thanks

Skydiver

Did you check whether the domain that does not work is still
valid/registered?
