Default QUEUE_EXTRA
I wrote QUEUE_EXTRA="Tlog\0" on extra.h file and I I inserted in the .qmail-log the name of file where mails are forwarded.

My question is, it is possible to backup email on various files like Maildir and not on one file?

You can have the mails delivered into a Maildir format, .qmail-log will
contain ./Maildir/. You can not forward the messages as that would
result in duplicates.
