Qmail patched with Chkuser Error

I patched my Qmail source with Chkuser 2.0:

Now when I run "make setup check" in get this error:

My question is, I don't think I'm running vpopmail at all. All was working
fine before with my Qmail 1.3 install. How do I fix this?
